Rutherford Avenue, Bearsden

This project involved the gable extension of an existing 3 storey property and the remodelling of the upper floor to create additional bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. On the first floor living level a large kitchen / living space is formed with French doors leading to the rear garden. From this a formal dining space is located and a new staircase leading to a play room and wc at ground level. The Client requested that the extension be designed to closely match the aesthetics of the existing house therefore all materials were sourced to achieve this.
