This project involved the demolition of an existing rear conservatory which was not used and restricted daylight from reaching the existing rear rooms.
These rear rooms were opened up and a new 2 storey extension was erected creating a large living/dining/kitchen area with spectacular views over the rear garden. A single storey extension houses a new utility space accessed from a glazed corridor.
On the upper floors the layout has been re modelled to provide additional bedrooms, storage and a large family bathroom. The materials used in the extension complimented the aesthetics of the existing house.
