Kirklands Crescent, Bothwell

This project involves the erection of a new single storey extension to the rear of a 2 storey semi detached rendered villa in Bothwell. The new accommodation provides a large kitchen / dining / living space with new glazed doors to the existing lounge and remodelled entrance hall. A utility space and large walk in store are formed from the existing kitchen space. Bi folding doors open the extension onto a raised deck and enclosed garden beyond. Glazed roof lights, doors and screens maximise the natural light in the new room and the rooms leading from it. Mahogany cladding, lead rolled roofing and powder coated aluminium doors and screens create a crisp contemporary finish in keeping with the mature garden setting.
