This project involved the re modelling of an existing 1st floor flat in a 3 storey listed townhouse. The existing conversion had divided up the main front drawing room to create a bedroom, lounge and circulation space destroying ornate cornicing and skirting. The new proposals re instate the main drawing room as a large kitchen/dining/living space and re locate the shower room and 2 bedrooms to the rear. Cornicing, skirting and flooring have been repaired or replaced to compliment the existing fittings in the bright and contemporary interior.
