This project involved the demolition of existing single storey wash houses to the rear of the property and the erection of a new 2 storey extension and side dormers simplifying the form.
At ground floor this provides a new utility room, bathroom and large kitchen / dining space which opens into the rear garden.
On the upper floor a new master bedroom with en suite overlooks the rear garden .A new family bathroom and additional bedrooms, built into the roof space, are entered from a naturally lit hallway.
