Eaglesham Road, Clarkston

This project involved the upgrading and re modelling of a traditional cottage to improve the internal layout, increase bathroom and bedroom / study provision and allow a better connection to the large rear garden area. A modest extension to the rear opens up the new kitchen / dining living space into the rear garden. New dormer windows allow further development of the roofspace at the first floor level to both the front and rear of the property creating an additional apartment and upper shower room. Insulation throughout has been upgraded and an underfloor heating system installed to the main public areas, powered by an air source heat pump.
