This project involves the erection of a new single storey garden room to the side of a semi detached stone villa in Kelvinside Glasgow. The new accommodation provides an additional living space which leads from the existing kitchen / dining area. Bi folding doors open the room into the south facing patio and garden beyond. The glazed doors and roof maximise the natural light in the room and the kitchen leading from it. Natural stone walling and white timber doors and windows have been used to compliment the existing house.
