This project involved the demolition of an existing single storey rear extension which was in poor condition had no relationship to the original house layout or garden. A new mahogany clad extension was erected with french doors allowing the internal space to open into the garden. The glazed doors, clere storey glazing and rooflight maximse the natural light in the new room
with a section of internal walling removed to allow the kitchen to flow into the new dining / living space. Below the stairs a new shower room and utility were formed.
