| | Bray Controls(UK) Ltd | This project involved the construction of a 715m2 extension to the existing workshop / factory area and the refurbishment of the existing office accommodation. On the ground level a flexible conference and demo suite was created with access from both the workshop and new reception area.
An existing storage area on the upper level was converted to provide high quality office space with informal break out and staff recreation areas. A new 2 storey glazed structure marks the entrance to the building and creates a bright and spacious reception with a new board room at level 1.
The project was constructed on a phased basis allowing the client to maintain business operations throughout the contract period and it was delivered on time and on budget.
The expanded building has now become the European Headquarters for this multi national company.
