This project involves the demolition of an existing rear conservatory and utility room which were underused due to poor thermal performance and restricted access. They are replaced with a new kitchen / dining / living space with bi fold doors opening into the rear garden area. The existing kitchen has been converted into a separate utility room and shower room. The materials for the extension have been chosen to match and compliment the existing render and sandstone house. A shallow pitch roof allows the existing feature windows to remain in place.
