Lancaster Terrace Lane, Glasgow

This project involves the remodelling of an existing Mews Cottage in the West End Conservation Area, Glasgow. A previous conversion had removed all original proportion and detailing to the main facades. The proposals involve the sympathetic remodelling of the front façade, installation of sash and case windows and reinstatement of feature lintols to the original large openings. The roof space will be developed to add additional bedroom space giving high level views over the rooftops of the surrounding properties.
