This project involves the demolition of two substandard gable extensions and the refurbishment of the original two storey dwelling. A new two storey and single storey extension are added to the gables. The single storey provides a new entrance and integral garage with the hallway leading into the existing house. The two store extension provides a large kitchen / dining space with French doors opening onto the front terrace. The existing lounge and dining room have been combined to create a large lounge with bi fold doors also opening onto the front terrace. On the upper level sits a master suite and an additional living space which opens onto a large roof terrace. From here views look out over the Gareloch and beyond.
