This project involves the refurbishment and conversion of the Category C listed farmhouse and outbuildings at Bourock Farm, Dunlop. The property comprises a 2 storey farmhouse with conjoined barns which form a u shaped courtyard, currently utilised for access and parking. The barns have fallen into disrepair in recent years and require immediate attention to avoid further deterioration? The proposals re model the exisiting farm house, extending into redundant barn space , and create a separate granny annexe with independent access. The existing barns are to be converted to office space, stables and storage areas relating to the recreational activities of the Client.
